Quantum won’t kill crypto overnight. It’s a migration countdown, not a doomsday weapon.
The hard part isn’t the math (post-quantum crypto is already standardized) it’s the coordination.
And BTC vs ETH face opposite problems: Bitcoin’s is political (should we change the untouchable coins?), Ethereum’s is engineering (how do we rebuild the whole stack without breaking it?).
