Women need to understand that your male friends will think of you sexually at times. This is actually not as important of a factor in friendship in the male brain as it is within the normal female conception of "thinking sexually." It is most often simply a lizard brain, subconscious and fairly unpreventable glitch that means little within the friendship itself.
