About 120 matured catfish, each over a year old, with thick skulls and heavily developed flesh, were so tough we had to stun them with electricity before processing. Me and Precious had to flex our muscles with these giants. This is what happens when you let catfish grow to their full potential, big fish, big work, big results. My take: I’ve seen big catfish before, but these ones were on another level. 😂 Would you rather eat a giant catfish like this or the smaller ones?
