Evaporative cooling days are limited
Every day, data centers are announcing their compliance with the guidelines and guardrails I have put on data centers. They must:
- bring their own money
- bring their own power
- reuse their own water
- reduce the cost of electricity
- not build around neighborhoods
- support the stability & reliability of the Texas power grid.
