In fact, I would say one of the best comments on the entire proposal and it is hardly surprising that people are going to spin up accounts specifically to comment on this proposal for the first time because it is a highly highly contentious proposal, so people are very shocked by it and of course, they're creating accounts to comment on this forum because they've been told this is the only place where feedback will be considered, and they've simply never had occasion to comment on something before, because nothing else has been this contentious before.
