Money was small but the speed of addressing it was impressive. China Mobil agent said that all in all, they could reactivate virtually. But we’ve already bought a new number. They had mixed messaging. If they had give us the virtual activation option a week ago instead of telling us to go to Hefei to reactivate, we would have kept that number.
