New Mastra Customer Support / Refund Agent template
Today I’m sharing a new @mastra template: Customer Support and Refund Agent.
It receives support messages (e.g. Intercom), triages them, and proposes or executes policy-based actions -- like issuing a refund (e.g. in Stripe).
