I made a cap for my vacuum fixture. Unfortunately, I can't drill a 16" deep hole.
@JackIsLearning it lovely chat today. You asked me today what tolerance I cut my stock to. For today's project I cut my stock to .03"-.06" on all sides using a quality steel rule and my twice rebuilt harbor freight horizontal bandsaw. Looking forward to cutting my @noxmetals 7075 plate with my new t-slot clamps.
