what’s the point if u can’t front squat plates for reps?
Since I’m now an unc, I recently started to add even more caution to my lifts to prevent myself from injuries.
Here’s how u can do it:
> book a sess with a physio / good PT to check ur squat mobility
> do whatever they suggest every day to improve / maintain mobility
> train legs at least once a week to fully teach ur body the motion of the perfect squat
> don’t use weights that prevent ur from reaching adequate depth; u know what’s adequate when u see it
> do both, regular back and front squats, alternate between workouts
> it’s uncomfortable af so: don’t be a pussy
Let’s go.
