Especially striking to me are the LLCs with the word "partners" incl. the GP&LP function! My first thought was they could sell a stake and bring a partner in, for a JV?! Share your thoughts what you think about those newly formed LLCs 🤝 You can see that those filings are brand new based on the file numbers (e.g. 10740184). The higher the number the newer the filing (form date of the LLCs).
