There’s a phenomenon where talented individuals can achieve 10x their potential thanks to AI when working on their own thing But when the same individual is put into a large organization, they at most increase their potential by 20% (and sometimes it’s even decreased) This is why I’m seeing more and more talented people leave large companies. (The only exceptions are probably top AI labs like OpenAI/Anthropic)
