@barnett11023 @pontus_rendahl C4 investigated the โbrightโ chaps in OxBridge who pay money to Black researchers in Kenya to write their academic Thesis papers which they present to the universities as their own work. Isnโt that fraud by the White privileged students who can afford to buy their degrees?
