I made three asks: • A Safe harbor / innovation exemption for new markets like compute derivatives so builders can test ideas compliantly • Support for compliant confidentiality tools in DeFi — unlocking greater transparency for regulators to manage systemic risk, privacy for institutional traders • Support for Pre-IPO perpetual futures so that everyday Americans can share in AI wealth creation instead of being boxxed out by private markets or forced into opaque SPVs I also had the chance to spend time with @SECPaulSAtkins today.
