Wall St Engine(@wallstengine):The U.S. 🇺🇸 and China 🇨🇳 agreed to recommend more favorable tariff treatment on $30B of non-sensitive goods in each direction following Xi Jinping’s state visit. U.S. exports covered include agriculture, seafood, wood products, cosmetics and medical devices, while U.S. imports include toys, small appliances and other consumer goods. China also agreed to buy at least 10M metric tons of U.S. coal in both 2027 and 2028. The tariff changes are recommendations for now and are not yet in force.
