Two things stood out to me around TapeOut today.
1. is live.
I don’t think the interesting part is simply “another launchpad.”
If TapeOut V2 keeps moving toward components, machines, apps and third-party builders, TapeHub could become the distribution layer for that ecosystem.
Less like a typical token launcher.
More like an early App Store / launch rail for onchain machines.
And we’re already starting to see what that could look like.
@Hashport01 has launched and graduated on TapeHub. HPA is expected to become a core functional token within the future HashPort container ecosystem, supporting usage, circulation and ecosystem collaboration.
More importantly, HashPort plans to work with TapeOut to build a more open onchain container ecosystem, connecting more projects, assets and communities.
That makes TapeHub more interesting to me.
Not just:
launch a token
but potentially:
Build → Launch → Connect → Grow
2. WLFI co-founder Zach Witkoff showed up in the conversation.
“Keep building bro. Exciting project.”
Then:
“Excited about the future Tapeout.”
I wouldn’t read a partnership into two replies — but it’s interesting to see attention starting to come from outside the original TapeOut community.
One month ago we were talking about NAND and LATCH.
Now we’re talking about builders, products, distribution and an ecosystem.
That progression is what I’m watching.
