Helping coaches scale to 7+ figures

Three and a half years ago, I got out of a psychiatric hospital after losing a multiple seven-figure business. This picture was taken right around then. I was a fucking wreck. Having my own Britney Spears moment. And if you showed me this picture and told me that three and a half years later I’d build an 8+ figure business, I’d probably think you were insane. But here’s what changed everything: I refused to make what happened to me my identity. I could have spent the rest of my life explaining why I couldn’t get back up. My mental health. The business I lost. The money. The people who disappeared. Everything that happened. And honestly? I had every reason to. But I made a decision. I’m not going to be a victim of my own story. So I did four things. 1. I took responsibility. Not because everything was my fault. It wasn’t. But because responsibility gives you your power back. The second you stop asking, “Why me?” You can finally start asking, “What am I going to do next?” 2. I remembered who the fuck I was. I had already built a multiple seven-figure business. I didn’t suddenly become incapable because I lost it. The knowledge was still in me. The experience was still in me. The ability was still in me. I hadn’t lost myself. I had lost the result. And results can be rebuilt. 3. I moved fucking fast. I didn’t have the luxury of spending five years slowly figuring it out. I needed customers. I needed cash. I needed momentum. So I went all in on paid acquisition because I knew I needed a way to scale that wasn’t dependent on hoping the algorithm liked me that day. 4. I refused to stop believing in myself. This might be the biggest one. Because there were plenty of moments where the evidence said I should quit. But I didn’t need evidence. I needed belief. I believed I could build it again before I had proof. Then I built the proof. And today, I’m sitting on the other side of it with a business bigger than the one I lost. That’s the part people don’t see when they look at the picture. They see the guy who got out of the hospital. They don’t see the guy who decided: “Fuck this. I’m coming back.” And I did. Not to get my old life back. To build one that made the old one look small.
