It goes on to hack into a bank and siphon money into my account. Am I liable? Or is the model provider? (Or the infrastructure provider?) Does the answer differ if it's an open weight model? What if I don't instruct it to use "any means necessary"? What if I explicitly tell it to "break the law if you must"?
