The costume of @SingaporeAir is elegant and beautiful. But this morning I found twice the crew members putting their pens inside the chest area of their uniforms after taking notes of passengers’ requirements. Maybe designing a tiny pocket for putting small items like a pen or a small notebook should be taken into consideration.
