昨天在瑜伽活动上，听 @GracyBitget 分享她的故事，有点戳到我。 她说七八年前去融资时，一个男投资人对她说：“我们喜欢你，也喜欢这个项目，但我们不投女性创始人，尤其是不投已婚且还没小孩的女性。” ( 目前她已恢复开心的单身生活😉 ) 她也讲到心里的拉扯：“有时我会觉得我很强，是唯一的女生站在台上；但也会忍不住想，是不是他们只是需要一个性别平衡、长得还可以的女生。” 听到这我有点出神，因为我想到我自己。 去年我联系了一家 Web3 公司，谈宣传跟活动合作，结果他们回我说：因为你怀孕，怕你会影响其他成员的工作量（需要 cover我 ），所以不合作了。 但其实，我整个孕期都没有停下来 我依然非常活跃在 Web3 ，接了很多项目合作，也办了很多很多线下活动，还✈️去迪拜参与了一场水族馆活动； 我也接了 Web2 各种设计projects，继续用成果说话。 别人拒绝我，不代表我停下来，更不代表我做不到。 像 Gracy 说的那样：“What we can do is to manage our mindset, manage our community and support system, and also deliver results that we can proudly showcase.” 💜❤️愿我们都能走在自己的节奏上，把标签贴回去，把事情做成。#Blockchain4Her#
