Jeff Kagan said on CNN that it's totally normal for the MH370 passengers' phones to ring, contrary to all logic and reason. Cell phones do not ring when off, out of range of cell towers, or at the bottom of the ocean. It can't ring if it can't connect. Why were they lying on TV about the missing plane?
