美国公布的年均通胀率是2-3%左右，但你如果按照美国家庭实际开支构成因素计算的话，你会发现实际通胀率是5-6%左右。
也就是说sp500/nasdaq100 经通胀调整后的回报率是5-8%左右，一个非常正常的数值。
通胀导致商品和服务价格上升，企业的收入和利润看起来变多，哪怕卖的东西本质没变。股市往往按“预期未来利润”来定价，利润上涨→估值上涨→股价上涨。
