这两天看到有些KOL小伙伴在说这个 ICN （impossible cloud network)，恰好我之前调研过，也来说一下。 事儿得从我投资了 @AethirCloud 说起，当时他们很创新的搞了节点销售的方式，募集了天量资金，震惊整个圈子 - “原来还能这样提前卖货呢？” 然后就有很多项目跟进，尤其是Depin类项目。我印象中 @ICN_Protocol 也通过Impossible Finance平台不声不响的卖出来了价值12M的节点，闷声发大财了也是（中文区很少）。 从这几天的宣发密度看来是终于要TGE了，说实话背景应该至少比近期一些上了钱包IDO的项目质量不差。我刚去翻了一下项目进展，大概来说一下他们干嘛的，以及几个亮点吧。 ~~~~~~~~~~~~ 一句话总结： ICN就是想构建一个由社区驱动、全球节点组成、抗审查的云网络。试图挑战 AWS、Google 云等Web2巨头，并且已经有了真实客户和营收证明。 全球80%以上的网络基础设施掌握在少数几家科技巨头手中这件事已经不是秘密了，去中心化如果跑在中心化的infra上其实就是个笑话，我们已经时不时能看到这种风险在现实中发生。 项目亮点： 1、创始人是干过上市公司的老司机 创始人曾创立 Goodgame Studios，已IPO上市 CTO 拥有 20+ 项存储相关专利 👉 不是学生创业，是 Web2 老炮带队做 Web3 真事 2、真的融到了3000万 虽然这个融资信息公开网络上查不到，但我在VC朋友里问了一圈，小诸葛 @YeruiZhang 表示应该是真的，而且知名VC 1kx非常看好并支持他们。 👉不是吹牛逼的假项目 3、真的有人在用，真的有钱赚 ICN 已有超 1000 家企业客户 2024 年营收超 500 万美元 👉 不是 PPT 项目，是跑在现实里的商业产品 4、它不仅去中心化，还真正抗审查 AWS/Google Cloud 会被封，ICN 社区驱动，节点分布全球 不怕国家级断网、不怕平台限制 👉 真正适合“自由互联网”的基础设施 ICN与当下一些有点接近的竞品相比还是有不少自己的优势，已经超出了Filecoin这种仅仅做存储服务的概念 ~~~~~~~~~~~~ 虽然现在的市场对Depin叙事有一些Concern，但同时也对有真实现金流和盈利能力的项目抱有很大的善意和期待。 所以对于这种2024年已有1,000+付费企业客户客户，年收入超过500万美元，储备订单超250PB，全球分布，每日处理2000-5000万个文件，已在欧洲多家数据中心落地的项目，是否会另眼相看一点？ 目前看他们还给散户开的有一个撸毛的窗口 https://t.co/o1xY5i0Nqr 绑定推特和钱包发推能领 $ICNT ，不过纯新地址估计够呛，有Gitcoin Passport分数要求。 中文区galxe 我看 @wenxue600 说也有任务，不过galxe无大毛，懂的都懂。

网站上线了... 技术栈如下: 前端：Astro + Tailwindcss 运行平台: vercel 域名托管平台: cloudflare 纯静态网站，内容格式为markdown，通过vercel的服务build完后自动部署 后续更新内容的方式就是写完后，push到github，然后vercel自动打包更新。 目前还没什么内容，先不公布地址了 后续计划 1、对接supabase把注册、用户权限相关搞完，这样就可以发布高阶一点的内容了给付费用户看 2、会去对接支付，初步计划是Stripe 3、邮件推送/微信推送还在找相应的解决方案。 4、对接网站统计，初步计划使用Cloudflare的统计功能 5、集成AI相关能力 终于走到了自己写代码然后自己host这个阶段了，之前我一直没想写一个简单的博客系统，原因是怕麻烦，再就是我技术很烂。 用了1-2年的wordpress + theme(我应该花了7-800去买主题)后，我是在是厌烦了wordpress，我也没能力去改wordpress。 自己host内容的好处就是，内容随意定制，比如我下个阶段就想对接一个AI到网站上，感觉很快就可以集成 还有个好处就是随着时间的变化，每周改一点点，一年后就会大变样，这是个有积累的事情。
