A huge thank you to our telco partners of @starlink that have taken an early bet on our Direct to Cell program. There are a good number of additional telcos standing by ready to test and then activate service in their countries, pending regulatory approval. 2025 will be the year that SpaceX and partner telcos eliminate dead zones and fill in disaster areas around the world with text and data service.

🇺🇸 STARLINK JUST GOT STRONGER: SPACE-BASED CELL SERVICE IS COMING FOR DEAD ZONES Last night, SpaceX launched 23 more Starlink satellites, including 13 Direct to Cell (DTC) beasts, adding muscle to their plan to erase cellular dead zones from the map. Whether you’re hiking in the Rockies or sailing the Pacific, the dream is simple: full bars, anywhere. This was SpaceX’s 48th Falcon 9 mission of 2025 (and the 31st Starlink launch this year alone—Elon doesn’t sleep). Booster B1063 landed gracefully on the ‘Of Course I Still Love You’ droneship for its 15th round trip. With 7,000+ satellites now buzzing overhead—over 570 of them DTC-capable—SpaceX is inching closer to global cell service, teaming up with T-Mobile, KDDI, and Rogers. They’re just 4 launches away from finishing the initial DTC constellation, meaning that no bars on your phone might soon be a thing of the past. Source: @SpaceX, @Starlink

I can absolutely get behind entrepreneurs arking up about over-government. We're keeping this nation afloat, trying to deliver services direct to the consumer with no handouts. We leave, it's Soviet Russia. Minimal productivity, mass starvation, zero autonomy. Reject the anti-capitalistic agenda

Don't be fooled by Albo's announcement on alcohol taxes. The freeze is temporarily. It just pauses the excise increases for draught beer served from a keg or cask. This means it only applies to beer served in a pub, bar or distillery. It won't help when you buy a slab and it won't help if a bar sells beer in bottles or tins. It does nothing for any other types of alcohol and is just a copy of the recent policy announced by One Nation.

The Starlink mini is amazing. I’ve used mine at home, in a boat, in a small plane, out and about at a picnic table using my usual USB battery. @Starlink Direct to Cell (texting and lite data) is in beta in the US now and commercially live this summer. We are commercially live in New Zealand and Japan already, with many countries coming soon as well.
