Let me share one of my favorite quotes from The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg. It really captures how small changes shape our lives: "Change might not be fast and it isn't always easy. But with time and effort, almost any habit can be reshaped."

Congrats to the OG meme legend “Hide the Pain Harold” and the @PAIN team for the biggest $SOL memecoin presale in history. Regardless of what will happen at TGE, raising more than 180,000 $SOL (~$40M) during the 2 days when the biggest liquidation in crypto happened was a painful and impressive quest. Be it living our lives, raising our families, or building in Web3, there will always be pain. Maybe that's why Harold is the longest-running meme that everyone knows and loves. Like Doge (RIP Kabosu) or Pepe, he has been a global sensation for over a decade. His wisdom and energy in person are also unmatched! No, I'm not trying to shill $PAIN. I don't need to. But I do want to share two quotes about pain with you. James 1:2-4 has these famous verses about pain and trails. “Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.” Jensen Huang, @NVIDIA founder and CEO, had a similar message for students at Stanford University a few months ago. “I wish you ample doses of pain and suffering.” I'm no Jesus, James, or Jensen. But I hope everyone stays painful and stays bullish in everything we do. 🙏🏻

"It is not the critic who counts... The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena... who strives valiantly; who errs... but who does actually strive to do the deeds... if he fails, at least fails while daring greatly." — Theodore Roosevelt, “Citizenship in a Republic” (The Man in the Arena speech) I've spent years forging my way forward—learning, building, and executing on my vision.  I’ve structured my days with precision.  I’ve automated my 9-5 job to free up time.  I’ve built systems to maximize my creative energy.  And yet, as I sit here, I feel exhausted. Bone-deep. Mind-worn. Soul-weary. It’s not the kind of tired that sleep fixes. This is battle fatigue—the exhaustion that creeps in when you’re pushing for something greater. The kind that doesn’t just tax your body but weighs on your very spirit. The kind that whispers, Maybe this isn’t worth it. Maybe you should just take it easy. But I know better.. This is the fatigue of war.  Not a war with bullets and bombs, but a war against mediocrity, against stagnation, against the part of me that wants to settle. The final rounds of a championship fight where your body screams for rest, but the only thing that matters is whether you can still throw that last, perfect punch. And I bet you’ve felt it too. You’re at the point where your muscles ache from lifting the weight of your own ambitions. You’ve poured every ounce of yourself into something that matters, but the finish line feels like it's shifting further away. I see you.  I understand.  But let me tell you something—this fatigue isn’t a sign that you should stop. It’s proof that you’re in the fight. Now, let’s talk about how you push through. Some people didn’t like the fact that when I made this video, I didn’t mention that these tariffs only apply after US exports to Canada hit a quota. People seem determined to argue that not mentioning the quota fundamentally changes the point I made in the video. It doesn’t. The quotas are only hit 5% of the time. But that’s because Canada disincentivizes American farmers from even hitting the quota. Canada uses production quotas, price controls, and import restrictions to match supply with domestic demand, ensuring stable prices for Canadian farmers. This system inherently limits foreign competition, as Canada prioritizes self-sufficiency in these sectors. The quotas under USMCA are structured in a way that makes it difficult for U.S. exporters to fully utilize them. One major issue (from an American perspective) is how Canada administers these quotas. The U.S. has repeatedly argued that Canada allocates the majority of quota access—sometimes 80-85%—to Canadian processors rather than making it available to a broader range of importers, like retailers or food service providers. This practice, which has been the subject of multiple USMCA dispute panels, limits the ability of U.S. producers to sell directly to end users who might pay higher prices, forcing them to sell to processors at lower rates. So the quotas are rarely hit, but it’s not because U.S. farmers don’t want to hit them. It’s because Canada has protectionist policies that even make hitting the quotas difficult. There’s nothing wrong with that - Canada’s government is trying to do the best by Canadians. And now Trump is trying to do best by Americans.

Great to see our Co-Director, Prof. @DrAlbertazziUK, extensively quoted by Foreign Policy on a crucial issue: will the Italian PM manage to act as a "bridge" between the EU and the Trump administration in months to come?
