Two weeks ago I saw someone’s random post about how they were quitting weed. After being a daily user for many years I felt inspired to quit as well. I reached out to the individual letting him know he inspired me to quit. He then invited me to his “weed quitters” group chat. It included people all over the world who were trying to do the same. These were all strangers unified by the same purpose. Each day we have shared our struggles, successes and lifted each other up. I can proudly say I haven’t smoked since. To some this may not be a big deal, but to me it is. I am now in control, not the weed. When people come together and support each other, amazing things can happen. It doesn’t matter who you are, where you’re from, what your beliefs are or how you feel about tarrifs. The divide and hate towards one another these days is brutal. We need to do better as a whole to support each other. In the end, we are all on the same team. ❤️
