吴说获悉，Polkadot Community Foundation 向 Polkadot DAO 提交治理提案，拟推出协议原生去中心化稳定币 dotUSD，并将其作为 Polkadot 主要稳定价值资产。dotUSD 将分阶段上线，第一阶段已完成链上开发，允许用户以 USDT 1:1 铸造和赎回 dotUSD；第二阶段将引入以 DOT 为主要抵押品的超额抵押金库、预言机、稳定池和清算机制，整体设计借鉴 Liquity v2。提案同时拟由 Polkadot 财政库提供 250 万美元 USDT 和价值 250 万美元的 DOT，为 DOT/dotUSD 池提供初始流动性。目前该提案仍处于投票决定阶段。
