所有头部大厂在对待LLM大竞赛，都有一个严重的问题， 就是他们总希望给一个两三百人团队一个快速promotion的预期、给一个内部special offer，就支撑起大厂trillion级别的市值，核心LLM团队拿工资，然后给大厂几万人和全球大股东们带来收益。 我说，LLM时代的所有人已经不吃这一套了， 很多人宁可进入第二梯队的纯LLM公司，进去赌一把option变现上市，也不愿意呆在大厂拿所谓的special offer或者快速promotion的预期来让其他几万个同事和全球大大小小股东们分肥。 所以我觉得Google在孵化Waymo时的做法就是最正确的，一定要把整个团队独立出来，母公司控制股权大头和决策权，放开团队让他们一轮轮融资，每一轮融资都要看增长，融出来的估值至少30%让团队自己吃掉，让融资和估值暴涨收益的相当一部分直接绑死在员工身上，一切努力是为了上市，为了自己挣钱——而不是几百人帮几万人的超级大公司扛核心业务，收益全公司和大股东们分，公司市值涨了一个trillion，员工们自己挣个一两百万，公司战略层还隔三差五指手画脚。 在这种激进的科技竞赛中，这是最有效的刺激办法，也是唯一一个大厂内部团队可以和市场上其他独角兽比拼的方法。 现在看起来，中国和美国的几乎所有科技行业的超级大公司，都在这个问题上踩坑了。

一堆人看完晚点的新闻后，臭骂“钉钉太傻逼了，无招这个人简直不拿人当人”， 然而这些年从来没一个钉钉的程序员公开表态，说过“无招这个人太傻逼了，太压榨我，给我的工资和环境完全对不起我的才华、能力、报复、规划，所以我选择直接辞职，直接跳槽到XXX拿两倍工资躺平养老”。 本质上这就是行业现状 ，我反复告诉你们，你完全可以说钉钉和无招是阿里蛀虫，浪费了整个阿里集团巨大的财务成本，做了一堆没用的东西出来，是决策层的重大失误。 但是对于绝大多数不愿意跳槽且愿意极限式管理的人而言，能够经历几轮promotion到今天的位置，手里拿这个钱，是完全不敢跳槽的，也绝对说不出“阿里对不起我，我值更多的钱，我值得更好的环境，我辞职了是你们钉钉重大的损失”这种话出来。 你拿着一两百万人民币的现金，如果不愿意干，觉得自己受到了莫大的委屈和羞辱，大可以辞职走人，去100万刀的OpenAI舒舒服服躺平，或者把整个钉钉部门裁掉，给钉钉的员工们一个伟大的、一拍两散的自由，不要耽误他们在其他地方继续发光发热。 无招谁都对不起，唯独没有对不起钉钉的这些员工。
