村田製作所(Murata Manufacturing)："大膽評估"擴增MLCC產能 全球 MLCC 龍頭村田製作所因 AI 伺服器需求暢旺，將擴大產能。副社長南出雅範接受日經專訪指出，每台 AI 伺服器搭載的 MLCC 數量持續增加，產品朝小型、大容量、高耐熱與高附加價值發展。公司預估 AI 用 MLCC 需求至少旺到 2028 年；中長期則由資料中心擴散至邊緣 AI，其中最被看好的是實體 AI（機器人等應用）。 產能方面，村田計畫在截至 2027 年度的兩年內，對 MLCC 設備投資約 800 億日圓，目標將產能提高兩成以上。原先已為自動駕駛等需求提前準備到 2028 年的廠房；但客戶展望顯示 2028 年後需求仍可能擴大，因此正以未來 3 至 5 年為期，「比以往更大膽」評估包含新廠房在內的方案，地點可能在日本國內外既有據點。計畫尚未定案，但評估已相當深入。 價格策略維持與客戶長期互信，不輕易隨短期供需漲跌，以免吸引新進者、傷害中長期價值；不過若同業大幅調價，可能影響產品組合與生產布局，因此會緊盯市場。 近期業績已反映熱潮：2026 年 4–6 月整體訂單年增 56.3% 至 6,739 億日圓，創單季新高；其中電容訂單年增 85.5% 至 4,155 億日圓。當季 BB 值 1.34，連續第 7 季高於 1，為至少 24 季來新高。

9月23日上午，TCL特普智能电器（中山）有限公司在火炬高新区民众街道举行开业庆典，总投资超6亿元、年产116万台（套）智能健康电器的制造基地正式投入运营。项目达产后，预计年产值约12亿元。制造基地主要研发、生产移动空调、除湿机、特种空调等产品，包括可为新基建（4G/5G通信基站）、新能源（充电桩）等户外设备提供电控降温服务的产品。 On September 23, the opening ceremony of TCL's newly built manufacturing base was held in Minzhong Subdistrict, Torch High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Zhongshan. The manufacturing base, with a total investment of over 600 million yuan and an annual output of 1.16 million units (sets) of smart health appliances, was officially put into operation. Upon reaching full production, its annual output value is expected to be about 1.2 billion yuan. The manufacturing base mainly develops and produces portable air conditioners, dehumidifiers, specialized air conditioners.
