Claude Code 新增跨会话通信。现在同时开的多个 Claude Code 终端可以互相发消息，一个会话还能主动把刚做的改动通知另一个，不用再靠人手动复制上下文。
两个会话之间只会发送整理后的信息，不会直接共享完整聊天记录和文件。也可以让一个 Claude 去问另一个 Claude，再把答案带回当前会话。
这个功能和 Herdr 有点像。Herdr 是一个专门管理多个 Coding Agent 终端的工具，Claude Code、Codex、OpenCode 等不同 Agent 也能直接互相发消息，不只局限在 Claude Code 之间。

New in Claude Code: your sessions can now message each other.
Instead of having to re-explain yourself in another session, you can now tell Claude to do it. It sends a summary (not your history or files), and the other session picks it up mid-task.
