The Court struck down Hawaii’s restrictive “vampire law,” which improperly limited the right to bear arms on private property. The Department of Justice is proud to have defended the constitutional rights of law-abiding Americans in this case. We will continue protecting the Second Amendment under President Trump’s leadership and will never allow any state to violate the right to bear arms.
