People who claim Tobi “lacks empathy” either a) have never met him, or b) confuse it with “has high expectations of you.”
Tobi is a rare person that believes people are more capable than *they* think of themselves. He thinks of the same of Toronto (whose potential he relentlessly champions, by the way). Everybody supposedly dunking on Tobi here is just absolutely telling on themselves
