Wow. Maybe a real geological survey would give us a better idea of the actual number.
Also, 100 years is a long time for tech to evolve to the point where we could mine for that prevalent recourse around the solar system.

A new research paper published in the Frontiers in Space Technologies journal found that the water present on the moon is only capable of sustaining a large city there for about 100 years—casting doubt on Elon Musk’s plans for building a “self-growing” city of millions of lunar settlers.
