The answers reflect staff views and carry no legal force. Staff say liquid staking tokens backed by a commodity token are receipts, not securities. Token buybacks also do not turn a token into a security, as long as its crypto system is already functional. Uniswap founder @haydenzadams called the answers "bangers."
