SEC puts tokenised securities under "heightened scrutiny".
Reported by the @RWAFoundation_, The US @SECGov has included tokenised stocks in its "heightened security" list for FY 2027.
They join other members of the list including both AI and quantum computing.
Should we be worried...?!
