My son was attached to my hip and wanted nothing but to do whatever I wanted to do and he’s still an amazing son and loving but sometimes it’s like pulling teeth to get him to do what we used to do, which I really enjoyed. I understand as he gets older, interests change and I do try to do those things with him too but sometimes he just doesn’t need me as much and this transition makes me a little sad. 😢
