UPDATE: Some 60,000 migrants have entered Ceuta from Morocco during the border crisis, Ceuta President Juan Jesús Vivas said. That is equivalent to 70% of the city's regular population.

Spain will deploy its military to restore order at its border with Morocco in Ceuta after officials say nearly 3,000 migrants streamed into the tiny Spanish territory, calling it a humanitarian emergency. There were at least nine deaths.
