So it appears the new Starship launch mount will not be totally maintenance free, still requiring some level of refurbishment on the hold down clamps at minimum.
However, I expect it will be far less frequent than on the R&D launch mount. And to speed up that process, the Stage Zero team will now have a new maintenance platform that will take place of all the scaffolding. This should cut down service times by several days and also improves safety.
@AshleyKillip has a really nice model showing how this will look so I'm sure he will post it soon.
