Men are not the problem.
Women are not the problem.
Masculinity is not the problem.
Femininity is not the problem.
The real problem is unhealed people trying to navigate life while carrying wounds they never learned how to heal.
We are raising children while still carrying our own childhood pain.
We are building relationships while fighting battles within ourselves.
We are trying to love others while struggling to love ourselves.
Hurt people often hurt people.
Many of the things we criticize in society—anger, selfishness, manipulation, resentment, cruelty, division—are often symptoms of fear, insecurity, and unresolved pain.
People are taught what to fear long before they're taught how to heal.
They're taught what to hate before they're taught how to understand.
They're taught how to compete before they're taught how to connect.
Most people aren't acting from a place of wisdom, peace, or self-awareness.
They're acting from survival.
And when enough wounded people are living in survival mode, entire communities become disconnected from empathy, compassion, and humanity.
The answer isn't more blame.
It isn't more division.
It isn't turning men against women or women against men.
The answer is healing.
More compassion.
More accountability.
More understanding.
More forgiveness.
More love.
Because a healed person doesn't need to control others.
A healed person doesn't need to tear others down.
A healed person doesn't need to live in fear.
The world changes when people heal what they carry inside.
And that's a responsibility all of us share.
