Do we ever get to track actual harms in reality or do we just track imaginary future harms?
Because with 362 tracked incidents of LLMs in 2025 and 1.2 billion users that's a rate of about 0.000030%.
Maybe safest products in history.
Definitely time to act now to protect us all
