Before YouTube I tried everything to make some extra money. Dropshipping. DJing nightclubs. Running events. Selling stickers. Amazon-to-eBay arbitrage. And every one of them had the same problems. You need big money up front, or there's not much room to grow, or the margins are so thin it's barely worth the effort. Usually all three at once. But YouTube is different. It costs almost nothing to start. You can put as many hours into it as you want, whenever it suits you. And you can build it around a full-time job. Which is exactly what I did. The other things I tried all hit a ceiling eventually. But this one still hasn't. I've scaled channels to 100 million plus views, and taken clients to $100,000 months.
