KUWAIT OFFERS OIL TRANSFERS OUTSIDE HORMUZ
Kuwait Petroleum Corp is offering ship-to-ship transfers of crude oil and refined fuels outside the Strait of Hormuz as buyers avoid ports inside the waterway due to U.S.-Iran war risks.
KPC says vessels will continue passing through Hormuz when conditions are safe.
Kuwait’s naphtha exports have been heavily disrupted, recently running at around half their pre-war levels.
Qatar, the UAE and Iraq are also offering oil from ports outside Hormuz.
