Their thesis is more banks and fintechs launch chains on Arbitrum -> more licensing revenue. But DAO revenue doesn't automatically reach $ARB holders. There's a DAO discussion asking for a plan connecting growing revenue to the token. but still early. Btw, OP could've probably done better if Base hadn't left the Superchain and ended its original revenue sharing deal.
