Hey @aelluswamy are you stating, below, FSD (supervised) was indeed engaged right before the fatal accident occurred - i.e., the driver was “supervising” the FSD that was activated? And, if yes, does this mean the system failed? Any help is GREATLY appreciated? $TSLA
