The Hormuz Letter(@HormuzLetter):BREAKING: Ukraine fired more than 1,600 drones at Russia overnight, its largest drone attack since WW2, striking the Kapotnya oil refinery in Moscow. It is the city's only refinery, which supplies about 40% of the region's fuel, and is now on fire. Trump claimed just six days ago that Ukraine had agreed to stop hitting Russian energy targets, that Russia had agreed likewise, and that the world's diesel price rise "is mostly caused by the Russia/Ukraine War, not Iran." Zelensky named the Pelican among the weapons used, its first ever usage in combat. Oil markets open in 7 hours.
