🇩🇪 She couldn’t climb down, so she did the unthinkable and jumped. A fire was ripping through an 18-story apartment building in Berlin when one woman ended up stuck outside, with flames and black smoke pouring out right next to her. She tried climbing down to the apartment below, but couldn’t find anywhere safe to place her feet and keep going. So she took the only option left: let go and drop around two floors into a firefighter’s rescue basket below. And somehow, it worked. She was caught and walked away with just minor injuries.
