🇺🇸 Trump TOLD YOU SO!!
A chunk of the Kennedy Center’s Grand Foyer ceiling dropped onto the red carpet Friday after storms hit Washington. No one was hurt.
The Trump-aligned board wasted no time. Officials called it proof that the venue needs a two-year shutdown and $250 million in renovations the president has pushed for months, blaming decades of deferred maintenance.
A judge had already blocked the closure and ordered Trump’s name off the facade. Now THE PLASTER HAS SPOKEN. Of course, opponents say the damage looks limited, and the board will stretch it into a crisis.
The foyer stays closed this weekend while the rest of the building reopens.
