Before you book a hotel or Airbnb, ask Grok Bot to find the reasons you might regret it. The average rating won’t tell you whether the complaints are about something YOU care about. - Street noise matters if you’re a light sleeper. - Unreliable Wi-Fi matters if you’re working. - Three flights of stairs matter if you’re travelling with someone who struggles with them. Give Grok Bot your shortlist by pasting this prompt: “Help me compare these properties using the review text you can access. My priorities are: [insert what matters to you]. 1 - Find repeated complaints across different reviewers. Separate recurring problems from isolated incidents. 2 - Check when those complaints appeared. Distinguish recent issues from older ones that may have been resolved. 3 - Look for problems with noise, cleanliness, Wi-Fi, location, check-in and whether the property matches its photos. 4 - Check how the host or hotel responded. Distinguish a promise to fix something from later reviews confirming it improved. 5 - Rank the properties against MY priorities. Explain the trade-offs and link to the reviews supporting your assessment. Flag anything you cannot access or verify. If the review history is thin, say so. Don’t treat missing complaints as proof there are no problems.” Read the evidence before making the booking. A complaint about nightlife downstairs might be irrelevant for one trip and a dealbreaker for another. The useful question is: “What could make this the wrong place for me?”
