Apple Design 发了一张 Apple Maps vs Google Maps 的导航对比图。
本来是想炫耀一下 Apple Maps 精致的 3D 设计：树木、道路、立交桥。
结果评论区完全没按这个剧本走：
“我要的是最快到，不是看树。”
“美国以外，Google Maps 完胜。”
“开车的时候谁在乎这些设计？”
看这些互动，能很清楚地感觉到产品团队和用户之间一种很典型的错位。
审美赢了截图，实用性却输了评论区。Apple Design 想展示的优势，和用户真正感知到的价值之间，距离似乎还不小。
乔布斯要是看到这些评论，估计在棺材里都得翻个身。
