BREAKING: The Supreme Court allows Alabama to use its 2023 congressional map, which lower courts previously blocked for violating Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act, in the 2026 midterms.
The ruling comes after the Court gutted the landmark law in Louisiana v. Callais.
