$NVDA CEO Jensen Huang said future computing may require “1,000x more energy” than the world currently has available as AI shifts toward continuous, real-time generative workloads.
The AI buildout increasingly expands beyond semiconductors like $AVGO and $AMD into the power and grid infrastructure layer tied to names such as $CEG, $VST, and $FPS as electricity becomes one of the largest bottlenecks to scaling AI globally.
Jensen also noted this may become the best opportunity in decades to accelerate investment into sustainable energy as market demand for compute continues exploding higher.
